Who?

Narrative Lens is created and maintained by George Parker. He’s an instructor with 5+ years of experience at The Art Institute of Houston’s BFA program in Digital Film & Video Production where he teaches storytelling, screenwriting, acting & directing, editing, and cinematography. He has an undergraduate degree in Theatre from the University of Houston and an MFA in Film from Columbia University.

Narrative Lens’s mission is to focus on a narrative approach to independent film production and offer new perspectives on how decisions are made in cinematic storytelling production. Working as a freelance writer, director, cinematographer, and editor, George uses a strong narrative approach to his craft.
